Agent Trevor Hamilton from McGrath Terrigal said that all the potential buyers were families, from both Sydney and the Coast.
“People are talking about the market being slow, but this sale proves that there are still plenty of buyers out there,” he said.

“The price guide was set at $1 million to $1.1 million. I had offers from week one, but knew that if we took it to auction we would achieve the best result for the vendors.”
The median house price in Wamberal is $1.12 million.
