A freestanding three-bedroom house in Camperdown has sold under the hammer for $1.45 million, at a hot auction on Saturday.
The property at 96 Salisbury Rd had over 120 groups through the inspections, with 19 contracts issued by agents Ercan Ersan and Shaun Stoker or Ray White-Erskineville.
Bidding opened at $1.325 million as five registered and two competed.
It increased in increments of $50,000, $20,000 and $10,000 before $5000 bids finished off the auction.

On a 264sqm block, the property was popular due to its traditional features, modern stone kitchen and large open-plan living and dining options.
Mr Ersan also had success over in Enmore, with 23 Simmons St selling for $1.3 million.
The three-bedroom two-level terrace attracted six registered bidders, with two battling it out for the property.
In front of a crowd of 30 people, bidding opened at $1 million and progressed quickly up to the sale price.
There were 111 groups through the open homes and 14 contracts issued.
In the inner west this week there were 20 auctions scheduled, with eight called, per CoreLogic data. It resulted in a preliminary clearance rate of 62.5 per cent.
