The face of the Reptile Park, Tim Faulkner, has recently purchased a Terrigal acreage for his family for $1.92 million.
Mr Faulkner had been searching for a home on the land for about a year when his family outbid another local buyer at auction on the weekend.
“The Faulkner’s are stoked with the purchase – they jumped in the pool to celebrate afterwards,” agent Trevor Hamilton from McGrath Terrigal said.

“This property really suited Tim with his love of the outdoors. The family had been living at a smaller residential property for a while. Now the kids have so much space to run around.”
Positioned on a significant 10,000sqm estate, the single level home at 174 Hastings Rd included a wrap around veranda, stone island kitchen, high ceilings and timber floors.
