The Seville 25 family home has got all bases covered

At just over 234sq m, the Seville 25 might be the smallest display home Boutique Homes has ever produced, but it’s got widespread appeal.

Boutique Homes senior designer Rob Nguyen said with land lots getting smaller, homebuyers were increasingly looking for “smaller homes with lots of amenity”.

Offering four bedrooms, two living areas and a covered outdoor entertainment zone — all within a single-level footprint — the Seville’s got all bases covered.

“This is a cleverly designed family home that makes efficient use of space to still achieve generous room sizes and include all the features of a larger home,” Mr Nguyen said.

Abundant natural light makes the Seville 25 inviting, particularly in the open living zone, where the showpiece kitchen is undeniably the drawcard.

The kitchen’s primary work area has been designed along an external wall, allowing for a large picture window in the kitchen and a window splashback in the butler’s pantry extension, which also includes a walk-in pantry.

“This helps bring lots of light into this busy working space and makes the kitchen a really impressive central feature of the home,” Mr Nguyen said.

The island bench commands attention with a 100mm stone top and generous overhang creating a comfortable breakfast bar. The thicker top looks impressive but also defines and anchors the space within the open plan.

“It’s an easy and effective way to make a feature out of your island bench,” Mr Nguyen said.

Another practical, family-minded design feature is the direct access from the garage to the butler’s pantry, making unloading groceries from the car more convenient.

“This is the only single-storey home in our range that offers this feature,” Mr Nguyen said.

The main bedroom has been set back from the front of the home to give it more privacy. With a spacious walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with double shower and extended double vanity, it’s got the wish list ticked off.

The three remaining bedrooms, along with the main bathroom, laundry and walk-in linen cupboard, are zoned in their own wing off the family living zone.

The Seville comes in a choice of 12 facades. The Luxe facade, displayed at Wollert, showcases one of the builder’s most affordable facade options to date.

It has plenty of features that give it a point of difference, including a raised porch with timber battening and a dark colour scheme for a modern aesthetic.
