The north shore has remained one of the most popular areas in Sydney to buy property, as demand remains for homes in family friendly suburbs.
Buyers are looking at suburbs with schools, parks, proximity to the city and homes that are ready to move in.
In any region there are streets which are more popular than others, typically in the best location close to the water, parkland and a large block.
