Why this sale is worth dancing for
The Schwarzes had bought the stunning the nearby $65.25 million Phoenix Acres through Ray White Double Bay’s Craig Pontey and Elliott Placks.
The Cranbrook Rd home was built by the renowned master builder Peter Dunkley.
It had an impressive entrance hall with a striking double-height atrium.
It had soaring ceilings, skylights and wide horizontal windows and was therefore full of light.
The property was well configured for a family, with floor-to-ceiling glass bi-fold doors provide a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from the open plan living and dining onto a covered outdoor entertaining terrace with integrated BBQ, heated pool and level lawn.
