The Bachelor Sam Wood has listed his Elsternwick house for sale, shortly after he and new wife Snezana announced they were expecting their second child together.
The ‘28 by Sam Wood’ exercise guru has $1.75-$1.925 million price hopes for the renovated three-bedroom Edwardian at 1 Acacia St.
CoreLogic records show he snapped up the pad in late 2015, for $1.625 million.

The property is being marketed by Whitefox Real Estate as a “perfectly renovated” home “in the heart of Elsternwick”.
“It’ll be snapped up faster than a table at Attica,” the realestate.com.au listing states.
“This property has been restored to its original Edwardian elegance and extended for extreme levels of comfort and entertainment.”
American oak floorboards, bespoke light fittings and an original bay window with a bench seat are among the stylish inclusions.
The open-plan living and dining area features a white kitchen and bi-fold doors that lead out to a landscaped garden with an alfresco deck.
The pick of the bedrooms features an ensuite with a double shower and a walk-in wardrobe, while a “freestanding elliptical tub” is a highlight of the second bathroom.
The house is set on a 346sq m block near Ripponlea Village and the lush Rippon Lea Estate.
The reality TV couple found love on Channel 10’s 2015 season of The Bachelor.
They welcomed daughter Willow in 2017, to a family that already included Snezana’s daughter Eve, and married in Byron Bay late last year.
Wood recently confirmed on Facebook they were expecting “another beautiful little baby”.
The property is being sold privately.
