The property sold within the asking range for $2.225 million.

Fletchers, Queenscliff agent Charles Caldwell said the buyers would be moving down here permanently.
“They wanted a bit of land they can muck around with and have a rural aspect and lifestyle but still be close to Geelong,” Mr Caldwell said.
