Socceroo’s legend Mile Jedinak has sold his St Ives investment

Retired Socceroo captain Mile Jedinak has sold his St Ives investment.

The 34-year-old Camperdown-born midfielder, currently playing for Aston Villa in England, paid $570,000 for a two-bedroom apartment in 2009, just after he left the Central Coast Mariners for Europe.

The 90 sqm apartment in the Meriton-built Loralea Gardens complex, has been a rental.

The price is undisclosed but Meriton Group project sales manager Jason Miao,who secured the sale, initially offered a guide of $850,000 to $900,000, but revised it to $800,000 to $850,000.
