Mosman has recorded its highest sale of the year, after Zouk Living co-founder Katharina Ohman sold her Warringah Rd trophy home for an undisclosed price.
The sale was a long time coming for Ms Ohman, who first listed the property in August last year, with an $11 million guide.
While LJ Hooker Avnu’s Adrian Bridges and Michael Coombs couldn’t reveal the exact price, Mr Bridges confirmed the property had sold for around $9 million to a local family.

“Buyers loved that it was north-facing and how private it was,” Mr Bridges said.
Ms Ohman bought the property for $7.85 million in 2010, according to CoreLogic records.
At the time of the listing, Mr Coombs confirmed that the vendor was looking to move out of the lower north shore and possibly Sydney.
Swedish-born Ms Ohman founded Zouk Living in Los Angeles back in 2010 with her sister Jenny Best.
They opened up a boutique in Mosman in 2012, before moving their headquarters to Australia in 2015. Zouk sells everything from Turkish rugs and art, to gifts to travel guides.
Ms Ohman’s Warringah Rd home was designed by Philip Corben and sits on 599 sqm of land overlooking Rosherville Reserve and Middle Harbour.
The property has a north-to-rear aspect and a seamless indoor/outdoor flow between the living room and a large outdoor deck. This space leads to the impressive infinity pool.
Other features include a self-contained studio/gym, double garage, butler’s pantry and a study.
