A BUYER took one night to sleep on the prospect of snapping up a lifestyle property in Moolap less than 24 hours after they first saw it.
The buyer managed to secure 5 Cooney St for $745,000.
Hayden, Leopold agent Hugh McKewan said there was one bidder during the auction and the property passed in to them.

“We negotiated with the sole bidder after and achieved a sale,” Mr McKewan said.
He said the buyers saw the property for the first time on Friday night and bought it on Saturday.
“This happens very occasionally but this was just an amazing set of circumstances,” he said.
The price guide during the campaign was $750,000-$810,000.
The 5666sq m property provides country style living while close to shopping centres, schools and public transport.
The house has a central open-plan living area that includes a formal dining room, loungeroom, kitchen and sunroom.
There are also three bedrooms including the main bedroom with walk-through wardrobe and ensuite.
There is also a four-car garage with remote access and a workshop.
