SWIMMING pools were onced considered hardwork for time-poor families, but with searing temperatures over summer they are now growing in popularity.
Buyers in Sydney’s Hills district may be far from the beach but they are being spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a property with incredible outdoor facilities.

Agent Gary Thind from Starr Partners Bella Vista said the recent spate of hot weather has made pools even more attractive to prospective buyers, particularly in the luxury market.
“When you walk out there it just feels like you are at a private resort,” he said.
“We have found that majority of buyers really want a pool.”
