The Melbourne family, that are big tennis fans, secured the property at 24 Jordan Rd at the end of an expressions of interest campaign for an undisclosed price within the asking range of $1.95 million to $2.145 million.
RT Edgar, Point Lonsdale agent Felix Hakins said there were a couple of groups fighting for it in the end.

“The family from Melbourne secured it, they are looking forward to using it as a holiday home and they are rapt it has a tennis court,” Mr Hakins said.
Along with the well-kept tennis court the luxury property also has an impressive five-bedroom house on it.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms and a large open-plan living area while upstairs innovative use of soundproof glass gives a retreat-like ambience for three more bedrooms.
An outdoor entertainment area has an open fireplace.
The median house price in Point Lonsdale has increased 2.6 per cent in the past year to $784,900, according to CoreLogic.
