Hot auctions keep marching on as summer ends on northern beaches

The arrival of March means the official end of summer, and while there is still a bite in the sun during the day, those days are definitely getting shorter, and the nights are getting cooler.

Winter may be a few months away, but from the numbers still lining the beaches every weekend, still far from people’s minds.


Auctions on the northern beaches have also been well-attended, and while there has definitely been a softening of prices across the board, agents are reporting good numbers at opens and strong auction results.

There are some great auctions planned for March, and these some of the top picks, especially of you are looking for a house with a pool, great outdoor living areas and plenty of space.
