Today host Georgie Gardner and banker husband Tim Baker have listed their Woollahra investment property with a $900,000 guide.
The apartment has been jointly owned by the couple since 2007, however CoreLogic records show that Gardner purchased it herself in 1995 for $220,000.
Their decision to sell the two-bedroom Edgecliff Rd apartment comes after they recently splashed $6 million on a six-bedroom Mosman trophy home.

According to Property Observer, the couple also put their South Coast holiday home at Culburra Beach on the market in the past week.
Their Culburra Beach property has three bedrooms and was acquired in 2007 for $560,000.
Plans to offload both properties come at a time when the relaunched Today has been struggling in ratings following the removal of Karl Stefanovic from the show.
The Woollahra apartment has city views from its leafy balcony and is set on the top floor of a boutique block of 12.
It also has original period features such as high ceilings, elegant period cornices and sash windows. Other features include an internal kitchen, built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms and a Bosch stove.

According to the listing ad, there is no car park space on title, but with Bondi Junction being 300m away, getting around should not be too hard.
On the market with The Agency’s Bethwyn Richards and Anji Lake, it is scheduled to go to auction next month on March 16.
CoreLogic shows the apartment was last advertised for rent in 2013 with a $570 per week asking price.
Their Beauty Point home in Mosman is designed by developer Mark Sydney and has 500sqm of internal living, including two apartments on title.
Surrounded by lush gardens, it occupies prime real estate in Beauty Point, with Middle Harbour visible from the home.
Other features include two wine cellars with up to 2000 bottle capacity, solar panels, 12m swimming pool and teenage retreat.
Prior to rejoining Today, Gardner was a weekend newsreader for Channel 9 between 2009 and 2017.
Mr Baker is an investment banker at Boutique Capital. Prior to joining the funds management business, he worked for three years at Resource Super as their CEO.
