Former home of Brady Bunch star hits the market

The Malibu home of Brady Bunch star Barry Williams has hit the market with a $US6.375 million price tag.

The three-bedroom waterfront home owned by Williams, who played oldest brother Greg Brady on the popular television series, was completed in 1974 and is in an exclusive gated community.

The house overlooks the coastline and is in one of only two beachfront streets in Malibu.

Features include a courtyard entry that leads through to the living room with fireplace and walls of glass that overlook the oceanfront deck.

Williams reportedly built the house with help from his brother Craig and uses the property for family holidays and on weekends.

You won’t find Alice cooking in this kitchen, with the stainless steel appliances, Sub-Zero fridge and double oven.

A staircase leads up to a main bedroom with two private decks and a fireplace.

It is listed with Sandro Dazzan of The Agency.

The original Brady Bunch house that was used in the show sold last year for $US3.5 million to HGTV, with singer Lance Bass of NSYNC also interested in buying it.
