The Fingers’ five-bedroom home at 38 Cranbrook Rd sold early last month at what had originally been thought to be “about $10 million”, through Ray White Double Bay’s Ashley Bierman and Elliott Placks.
Other sources now suggest that the price was about $9.5 million.
The Fingers’ new home is a charming Arts and Crafts residence on 1385sqm block at 73 Bulkara Rd.
It had belonged to Gayl Rich, widow of the late Steven Rich who created Traveland and mother to Jodee Rich of phone company OneTel fame and social networking website PeopleBrowsr.

It’s a return to the Bellevue Hill neighbourhood for Ms Ipkendanz, who sold Cranmoor, a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home with a 10-car garage on a 1404 sqm block at 7 Cranbrook Lane, for $15.6 million to Multiplex’s Andrew Roberts and his wife Andrea in 2015.
It’s understood Ms Ipkendanz is now selling her four-bedroom home at 19 Wellington St, Woollahra, that she bought for $6.35 million in 2016.
Ms Ipkendanz is the former wife of London-based financier Andrew Ipkendanz, who sold a Peter Stutchbury-designed residence on Carrara Road, Vaucluse, for $47,800,000 through Alison Coopes, of Agency by Alison Coopes, in 2016.
Her current partner, property developer and investor Robert Whyte, owns a waterfront residence at Darling Point.
