Listed for sale by McGrath Estate Agents New Farm’s Drew Davies and Carter Lagana, it was one of the top five most viewed homes in the country this past week, according to latest figures from realestate.com.au.
“Based on nearby comparable sales, we’d expect offers in the early $2million,” Mr Davies told The Courier-Mail.
Every detail of the property was overseen by the Boyds who’ve lived in the home for about a year before renovating on the Gold Coast in November.
“The sale doesn’t include the furniture,” the agent confirmed.
Located at Harding Street, Hendra, the property was designed by multi-award winning firm Base architecture and built by Graya Construction which is owned and run by Brisbane brothers Rob and Andrew Gray.
The design includes high ceilings, a fireplace, a designer kitchen, luxury appliances and an integrated fridge, plus the dedicated media room with projector that can be accessed from the backyard. The home also has a pool and an entertainment deck with outdoor kitchen and shower.
