The buyers have sold in Pascoe Vale and are relocating to 1 Cliff Edge Court after buying it for $1.27 million.
Bellarine Property, Barwon Heads agent Lee Martin said it was becoming typical for Melbourne buyers purchasing acreage in the area.

“They are selling in Melbourne for $1 million to $1.5 million and relocating for the lifestyle,” Mr Martin said.
The 1.25ha property had been on the market since June, 2018 however Mr Martin said the interest never dwindled with multiple parties through every open home.
