A COLOURFUL beach shack in St Leonards sold after auction on Australia Day.
The classic Aussie beach house at 5 Bell Parade sold to the sole bidder after the auction for $670,000.
Neville Richards, St Leonards agent Luke Campbell said a Melbourne buyer purchased the shack as a lifestyle property.

“There was a good crowd and one bidder,” Mr Campbell said.
The beach shack is hidden among tea trees in St Leonards sought after lower bluff location.
It is only 50m to the beach and the walking tracks of the Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve.
The house has a very colourful interior with a green, red and orange colour scheme in the kitchen, yellow bricks around the fireplace in the loungeroom and yellow, red and teal walls in the sun room.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very colourful.
The house is on 991sq m of land and has development potential, subject to council approval.
The median house price in St Leonards has increased 21.5 per cent in the past year to $558,250, according to CoreLogic.
