Of the 67 fresh listings on the northern beaches this week six are in Manly.
Three houses and three apartments came to market this week and there is a remarkably large range of property on offer.
There is a one-bedroom unit in Darley Rd for sale for $680,000, a two-bedroom unit opposite the wharf, a house on the flat of Manly, a house backing onto lagoon reserve and our pick is a period home in a prime Eastern Hill position with potential for a second storey and views of the harbour.

Iconic NYC tower hits the market
The early 1900s house at 35 Osborne Rd has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and garaging. The single-level house is in original condition with high ceilings, picture rails, a bay window and even a chandelier from the Federation era.
James Haywood, of Cunninghams Property, said the 430sqm block was level with the rear garden facing northeast.
The house has a living room, two sunrooms, a grand formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen.
Two streets away is Little Manly Beach and the wharf and Manly’s town centre is a ten minute walk.
The character home goes to auction on Saturday February 9 and has a guide of $3.5 million. Mr Haywood said the new year has started strongly with buyers making offers and acting decisively rather than watching the market and waiting as they did late last year.
