The Melbourne buyer, that has family in the area, snapped up 5 Druids Glen for $930,000 and is planning on moving in.
McCartney, Torquay agent Tim Carson said the buyer was really impressed with how the property backed onto a reserve.

“It is a big block and she is looking to put a pool in and start a family down here,” Mr Carson said.

The median house price in Torquay has jumped 11.7 per cent in the past year to $810,000, according to CoreLogic.
