McGrath, Geelong agent said the new owners were a large family that wanted more space and the option of running a business from home.
“Once we adjusted the price we had two families battle it out,” Mr Bywater said.
“A family from Point Cook, who were very keen to buy are still looking, and a Geelong family that bought it.”
The two-storey house comes with two six-car garages, including one with a bedroom/office and ensuite, and a single carport.
It has three separate living areas and an large covered deck with an impressive outdoor kitchen which overlooks the landscaped back garden.
