Reid paid $725,000 for what was then a two-bedroom Victoria Road apartment in a 1950s tightly held block of 12 on the dress circle Victoria Road.

Reid has reconfigured and renovated the apartment himself, turning into a large one-bedroom apartment with fresh interiors. He renovated the kitchen and added new wooden flooring.

Raine & Horne Double Bay agents Paula Simoes and Ric Serrao marketed the apartment with a $780,000 guide.

Reid has previously spoken of his love for living in Bellevue Hill, given it was close to his work and not far from Double Bay, Bondi Junction and the harbour beaches.
