The new owners of 15 Nagle Drive paid $580,000 to edge out one other bidder for the four-bedroom house on a 650sq m block.

“It was a great result because a local family actually purchased it,” Mr O’Brien said.
“They live in Belmont and have been renting and the kids are going to school there.”
The house has two bathrooms and two living areas, one of which has views of the spacious backyard.
There’s also a single garage with space for a home office.
