Beachside party house brings hollywood glam to Henley Beach

Here’s your chance to get a selfie with George Clooney, Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp in what can only be described as one of Adelaide’s best party houses on the market.

Spread across three levels, 307 Esplanade, Henley Beach not only features an unparalleled seafront location but an entire lower level solely dedicated to entertaining family and friends.

Key features of this area include an indoor pool, spa and sauna, a purpose-built home cinema with tiled images of movie stars, and a games room. There’s also must-be-seen-to-be-believed outdoor barbecue area on the first floor that could rival most luxury kitchens.

It’s no surprise the property has been a dream-come-true for vendors Paul and Marisa Bellardino who intended for the house to be their forever home.

“We’ve lived here for about six years and thought we’d be here forever. But things change and we’re selling to be closer to family,” Mr Bellardino said.

“It’s been a fantastic home to live in as a family and we’ve enjoyed many parties with family and friends – as did our teenage kids.”

Mr Bellardino says the tile-style mural in the home theatre was a true focal point of the home and the brainchild of his wife – a local interior designer.

“We obviously used that space as a theatre room and at the time, when we created the space, decided to get some tiles done of recognised actors,” he said.

“So we had it custom made overseas.”

As for the remaining two levels, the home has been divided into living and sleeping spaces.

While the top level comprises four bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, the ground floor is once again about bringing people together.

Relax and breathe in the stunning coastal landscapes from the main living area and entertainers’ balcony, while a gas-log fire will help you stay warm in winter.

Stunning ‘Staturetto’ marble, meanwhile, features with matching grain in the kitchen area.

Mr Bellardino said he and wife Marisa were sad to see the home go, having lived in the Western suburbs for more than 20 years.

“We’ve always loved living close to the beach and Henley Beach is definitely the best location of all the spots we’ve been to,” he said.

“We’re going to miss living there and thoroughly enjoyed our time there but it’s time to move on.”

The property is on the market with Toop&Toop Real Estate and is for sale via tender.
