A local family of six was quick to pounce on 76 Reigate Rd with an opening bid of $620,000.
But they had see off two competitors before eventually securing the four-bedroom house for $690,000.

Kate and Bryden Tiddy and their four children already live in the area but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to relocate once they saw the outlook.
“We just love the views,” Mrs Tiddy said.
“And we can walk to school from here.”
The elevated, solid brick house has expansive windows capturing vistas across the city to the You Yangs and Corio Bay.
“When you stand up on that balcony you look right across Geelong and straight down the Barwon River,” McGrath, Geelong agent David Cortous said.
“It’s a million-dollar view.”
Mr Cortous said the much-loved family home was on 856sq m of prime old Highton land and had the flexibility of two or three living areas and scope for further improvements.
