LOCAL buyers are confident in the Barwon Heads market with lots of movement within the town.

A local family secured 10 Lawrenny Court for $1.07 million after falling in love with the house.

“But they fell in love with this house, it still has plenty of room for the family but there is no maintenance required,” Ms Walter said.

“It is a beautifully presented house, it was a quality home in a court location.”
