Rural agent Scott Wall from Capital One Wyong has been flooded with inquiry for six parcels of land in Wyong Creek.
Originally offered in one line for $3.5 million, the enormous 63ha acreage at 582 Yarramalong Rd has been split into cleared lots ranging in size and price.

“The land is vacant, high quality and offers a blank slate for buyers to create their dream rural property. We have had a huge amount of interest,” Mr Wall said.
Priced between $539,000-$1.05 million, the land has been heavily pasture improved by the vendor, a retiring cattle farmer.
Mr Wall said that he wasn’t surprised by the response, but was blown away by the sheer volume of inquiry from buyers.

“Everyone wants to be in Wyong Creek because it is closer to the freeway than other suburbs in this area, but I was surprised by the amount of response – the market was fairly cool in the lead up to Christmas but we’ve had about 160 phone calls since last week, which is astronomical for a residential property, let alone rural,” he said.
